Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 – Reservations/modifications

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of the reservation coupon accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Any written confirmation not accompanied by payment of this deposit shall be deemed null and void. Wherever possible, the hotelier will try to accommodate requests for modifications made by guests.

the price of these modifications will be invoiced in supplement. In all other cases, a €30 handling fee per person will be charged.
Rooms are available from 3 pm and must be vacated by 12 noon.

Article 2 – Rates / Tourist tax

All rates include tourist tax. Published public rates are subject to change without notice.

Article 3 – Payment of benefits

For board and half-board packages, meals not consumed are non-refundable.

Article 4 – Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) and will incur a handling fee of €30 per person cancelled. Cancellations received more than
Cancellation 15 days before the arrival date will result in the return of the deposit received, less booking fees. For cancellations 15 days or less in advance
on the date of arrival, the establishment retains the full amount of the deposit paid.
